Stress Relief Bathsalt Set
This Stress Relief Bathsalt set includes one bottle at approximately 3 fl. oz. and one 100 gram bag.
The Stress Relief Bathsalt is a handmade item that uses essential oils with Epsom Salt and Baking Soda to aid in the relief of stress symptoms.
The essential oils in this mix are: Eucalyptus & Spearmint.
This bathsalt was designed to help relieve the stress from a long day or week. You have the bag and a bottle that can be refilled. Make yourself a nice warm bath, sprinkle some of the stress relief bathsalt in the tub usually about 2 tablespoons. If you want to add more that is completely up to you. Then once the salt has dissolved you can sit in the tub roughly for about 20 or 30 minutes. Let the bathsalt relax your body and mind as the oils and epsom salt do there work.

Epsom salt is good for relaxing muscles, and relieving pain in the shoulders, neck, back and skull. Very benificial for sore muscles in the recovery period after a workout. Common uses for Epsom salt are itching caused by poison ivy, skin irritation, inflammation, sore feet, sore muscles, sprains, stiff joints, stress, sunburns.
Eucalyptus is a purifying, cleansing, clarifying and immunne boosting oil, great for skin, and cleaning surfaces and used as a fabric freshener. Helps breathing issues, enhances feelings of relaxation, soothes nerves and tension from stress. An anti inflammatory, anti spasmodic, decongestant. Helps reduce pain, can also act as a natural insect repellent.
Spearmint is to be the oldest part of the mint family. Helps with digestive issues, skin problems, headaches, nausea, vomiting, and respiratory issues with the common colds. Can help speed up wound healing, relieves spasms, used as a disinfectant, relieves stress, regulates menstruation, also a stimulant.
